Article 3. How long we keep it

We delete personal information without delay once the purpose is fulfilled, except for the periods below.

• Inquiry and consultation records: 1 year after our reply (for follow-up consultations)
• Transaction records when a contract is signed: 5 years (Korean e-commerce law)
• Tax-related documents: 5 years (Korean tax law)

Article 4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except:

• When you have given separate prior consent
• When required by law
• When requested by an investigative agency under lawful procedure

We use the following providers to run this website and handle inquiries.

Article 5-2. Transfers outside Korea

The processors above run their servers outside Korea, so your information is transferred abroad the moment you submit a form. By submitting, you consent to this transfer. Without it we cannot process or answer your inquiry.

• What is transferred: all items listed in Article 1
• Where: United States (Vercel, Supabase, Google, Cloudflare); the United Arab Emirates and other countries where Telegram operates servers
• When and how: at form submission, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
• Purpose of the recipients: website hosting, data storage, email delivery, team notifications
• Retention: same as Article 3

Article 6. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it
• Stop processing it

Send requests to info@toomyungpeople.com. We act on them without delay.

Article 7. Deletion

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

• Technical: access control, password encryption, security software
• Physical: controlled access to storage locations
